Yes, for visitors aged 8 and over. Children under 8 cannot take part, because the headsets do not fit smaller heads safely and the 360-degree format is a lot for younger children. Under-14s should come with an adult.

We are at Zagrebačka ul. 1, just outside the palace walls beside the Golden Gate. It is under a minute on foot from the palace complex, so most visitors do the VR experience either right before or right after walking the site.

The narration runs in eight languages: English, German, Italian, French, Croatian, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish. You pick yours before the session starts, and everyone in a session can choose independently.

No. Most of our visitors have never worn a VR headset before. Our staff fit the headset for you, explain what to expect, and stay in the room for the whole session. There is nothing to operate: you sit, look around, and the story comes to you.
